Terms of Service
Effective date: March 3, 2026. Last updated: March 3, 2026. Company: ZlatoLeads. These Terms govern your access to and use of ZlatoLeads, including lead capture, messaging automation, analytics, and related services.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including fair-housing, anti-spam, and consumer communication rules.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys, and for activity under your account.
3. Billing and Subscription
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing and plan limits are shown in-app and may change with notice as allowed by law.
4. Communications Compliance
You are responsible for lawful message content, consent collection, opt-out handling, and quiet-hours compliance in your jurisdiction.
5. Data Retention
Lead data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
